CHASE, DANCE VOLUNTEER

I love production because of the incredible impact it has on others. Though it requires hard work and pressure in a short time, the reward is seeing lives changed and multitudes saved.
Being part of a production has shown me that God has a purpose for everyone. It has deepened my sense of purpose in His kingdom and helped me declare His Word over my life.
I’ll never forget my first production—witnessing so many souls saved confirmed my passion for this powerful ministry.

JOEL, ACTING VOLUNTEER

In order to truly act out and display the events in scripture, one has to relive the events for themselves. Before every production, I read the age old scriptures that shared the coming of Jesus Christ, reminding me of the sacrifice Jesus made thousands of years ago has always encouraged me to continuously run for God. It has shown me to have a heart for God’s people, simply because we can only take souls with us to Heaven. The altar call after the production is evidence alone that Jesus Christ is the one true Messiah.

Productions at church have always been a highlight for me. I am an actress and being able to glorify God with those gifts in His house is an incredible honour. Not only that, but the production standard at CRC is phenomenal, there is a spirit of excellence flowing through all the volunteers and staff involved. The growth that you see in everyone from the start to the end is beautiful and I always walk away from a production knowing God more deeply!

TASH, VOLUNTEER MAKE-UP ARTIST & COSTUME DESIGNER

Being part of productions is incredibly rewarding—not just witnessing salvations, but seeing how every small role contributes to something greater. As the body of Christ, we all have a purpose in building His kingdom. Serving has been my place of growth, where God speaks to me, shapes my character, and teaches me to apply His principles in every detail. Every production I am reminded that it is in my weakest moments when God is strongest!

STEPHEN, ACTING VOLUNTEER

Productions have been the most surprising part of my journey with God! I never expected to act, dance, or sing, but now I’m hooked and continue to be drawn to it. Starting as a background character in Passover 2022, I’ve found freedom and self-expression through acting. One unforgettable role was playing the “lame man” at the Pool of Bethesda, where I tapped into my own struggles to portray 38 years of suffering, followed by healing through Jesus. Through productions, I’ve grown personally and learned the value of community and teamwork.

DIDI, VOLUNTEER DANCER & CHOREOGRAPHER

Serving in production has shaped me in ways I never imagined. Over seven years, I’ve been stretched, challenged, and refined, learning perseverance, teamwork, and leading with love. Every production has required sacrifice, but through it all, I’ve grown spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. It has deepened my faith, reminding me I can do nothing without God at my centre.
